This class is designed for non-swimmers
(Beginners) to learn to swim and (Advanced Beginners) to improved their swimming skills.

Arthritis Aquatics
(The
Arthritis Foundation endorses this program.) An
instructor
will instruct you in the water with moves to improve
agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

FITNESS
PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Personal
Training packages are available for people of all ages and abilities.
Prices range from $28 to $35 per 1 hour session depending on the size of
package purchased. Partner training packages are available from $20 to
$25 per hour, per partner.

SILVER SNEAKERS

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF
MOMENT
Move to music
through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and
range of movement. Handheld weights, elastic tubing and a ball are
offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing
support.

CARDIO CIRCUIT
Upper body
strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are
alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for
support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
