AQUATICS

ADULT INSTRUCTION & PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Adult Instruction

This class is designed for non-swimmers (Beginners) to learn to swim and (Advanced Beginners) to improved their swimming skills.

Private Lessons

Lessons are taught in 30-minute increments. Complete a private swim lesson request at our Welcome Center and your instructor will contact you to schedule your lesson.

Senior Exercise Class
Let the buoyancy of the water assist you through a variety of

exercises focusing on range of motion and flexibility. Non-swimmers welcome. (For seniors only).

Let the buoyancy of the water assist you through a variety of

exercises focusing on range of motion and flexibility. Non-swimmers welcome.

Arthritis Aquatics

(The Arthritis Foundation endorses this program.) An

instructor will instruct you in the water with moves to improve

agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

Aqua Aerobics

Increase strength and muscle tone, build endurance improve

cardiovascular conditioning and relieve stress in the water.

FITNESS

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
(available to members only)

Personal Training packages are available for people of all ages and abilities. Prices range from $28 to $35 per 1 hour session depending on the size of package purchased. Partner training packages are available from $20 to $25 per hour, per partner.

SILVER SNEAKERS

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOMENT

Move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Handheld weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

 

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday & Friday 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Free for all Senior Members and Silver Sneakers

CARDIO CIRCUIT

Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
